All you need is the email address connected to your profile and follow those 4 simple steps.
Step 1: Go to the login page
Open the elyvate login page and click “Forgot password?” below the password field.
Step 2: Request a reset link
Enter the email address associated with your elyvate account and click “Send reset link.” You’ll receive an email with the subject line “Reset password”.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Step 3: Set a new password
Click the “Reset password” button in the email.
You’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can choose a new password.
Your new password must:
Contain at least 8 characters
Include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
Step 4: Log in again
Once your password has been updated, return to the elyvate login page and sign in with your new password. You’ll receive a confirmation that your password has been reset.
