Step 1: Go to the login page
Open the elyvate login page and click “Forgot password?” below the password field.
Step 2: Open the Link
You'll receive an email with the subject line "Reset password". If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 3: Set a new password
Click the “Reset password” button in the email. You’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can choose a new password.
Your new password must:
Contain at least 8 characters
Include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
Step 4: Log in again
Once your password has been updated, return to the elyvate login page and sign in with your new password. You’ll receive a confirmation that your password has been reset.
