Use filters in elyvate to customize views in project dashboards and planning views, allowing for prioritization of tasks, identification of bottlenecks, and optimization of workflows. Tailor views to display relevant information and enhance productivity by focusing on critical metrics and responsibilities.
1. Set Filters in Project Dashboard
Navigate to the project dashboard where all work packages are listed
Look for filter and sorting options in the top right corner
Sort work packages by various criteria such as work package number or criticality
Combine different sorting options to create the most relevant view for your needs
Sort by criticality to prioritize work packages with red or yellow status
2. Customize Dashboard View
Click on “list” to switch between list view (compact presentation) or card view (visual breakdown)
Use filters to select exactly what information appears
Show or hide elements like status indicators, responsible persons, or KPIs by clicking on them
Create tailored views that match your specific role or objectives
3. Set Filters in Planning View
Click on “Show only” to select the desired responsible to show
Click on “Work Package” to select which work package to show/hide
Click on “Columns” to filter by day of the week or by status (backlog, escalated, completed)
