Step-by-step Guide

1. Edit Measures through the Project Dashboard

The project dashboard provides a quick snapshot of work progress:

  • Log into your elyvate account

  • Enter any active work package to see a detailed overview

  • Scroll down to find measures being developed by the team

  • View measure status, due dates, responsible persons, and other key fields

  • Filter the view based on any parameter or customize columns to focus on priorities

2. Edit Measures through the Planning View

  • Access the planning view to see measures in a Kanban-style board

  • Measures are grouped by work package and sorted by due date

  • Dedicated columns exist for backlog, escalation, and timeline

  • Click on any measure to edit its details

  • Update content, change status, reassign ownership, or modify due dates

3. Add New Measures

  • Click on “Add measure” from within a work package or directly from planning view

  • Define title, description, status, due date, and responsible person

🚀 You can upload supporting documents and mark important tasks as top measures for easy access to your most critical items and key information

4. Navigate and Filter

  • Use the calendar control to navigate across different weeks

  • Apply filters by selecting responsible, work package, status, due date, or any combination

🚀 Customize your view to monitor specific aspects of your initiatives
