Track Progress and Manage Measures

This article explains how to track work progress and manage measures in elyvate, including using the project dashboard and planning view to monitor tasks effectively.

Updated over 2 months ago

Step 1: Edit Measures through the Project Dashboard

The project dashboard provides a quick snapshot of work progress.

  1. Log into your elyvate account

  2. Enter any active work package to see a detailed overview

  3. Scroll down to find measures being developed by the team

  4. View measure status, due dates, responsible persons, and other key fields

  5. Filter the view based on any parameter or customize columns to focus on priorities

Step 2: Edit Measures through the Planning View

Use the planning view to keep your measures organized and up to date — review progress, adjust details, and maintain a clear overview of your project’s timeline.

  • Access the planning view to see measures in a Kanban-style board

  • Measures are grouped by work package and sorted by due date

  • Dedicated columns exist for backlog, escalation, and timeline

  • Click on any measure to edit its details

  • Update content, change status, reassign ownership, or modify due dates

Step 3: Add New Measures

Add new measures to capture upcoming actions and ensure every task is clearly defined, owned, and tracked within your project.

  1. Click on “Add measure” from within a work package or directly from planning view

  2. Define title, description, status, due date, and responsible person

🚀 You can upload supporting documents and mark important tasks as top measures for easy access to your most critical items and key information

Step 4: Navigate and Filter

Adjust your view to match your focus — move through weeks, apply filters, and maintain a clear picture of your project’s progress.

  • Use the calendar control to navigate across different weeks

  • Apply filters by selecting responsible, work package, status, due date, or any combination

🚀 Customize your view to monitor specific aspects of your initiatives
