Create and assign a work package

Step-by-step Guide

1. Navigate to Project Dashboard

  • Log into your elyvate account

  • Select the taskforce where you want to add the work package

  • Navigate to the project dashboard view

2. Create a New Work Package

  • Access the setup window by clicking the "New" button at the top of the page

  • Enter the work package number

  • Select the work package type from predefined categories (or select "Other" for custom types)

  • Name your work package (e.g., "Procurement")

3. Assign Work Package Leader and Team Members

  • Select a work package leader from the dropdown menu

  • Add additional users who need access to this work package

Only colleagues already invited to the project will appear in the dropdown.

4. Finalize and Manage

  • Click "Create" to finalize the work package

  • Define targets, KPIs, and initial measures

  • Update progress as work continues
