Step-by-step Guide

Access and Navigate Through Your Workspace

  • Click on task force names in the left navigation bar to access all active projects you're involved in

  • Select associated dashboards from the same menu to view relevant data

  • Click on different menu items to switch between work areas

  • Click on a task force (e.g. Smartcar 3000) to see all its work packages

  • Look for traffic light indicators (green, yellow, red) to quickly assess status

  • Navigate through the project you want to inspect to display the details

Navigate Through Work Packages

  • Identify the work package you want to investigate (e.g., Production, Quality, Human Resources)

  • Click on the work package card to access its detailed information or use the list on the left to quickly switch between different work packages

  • Click on “Task Forces” at the top or on the project name to return to the project dashboard

Explore The Onepager View

  • Scroll down to review the detailed information in the Onepager

  • Click on the edit field of the desired section to open the input window

  • Click on the dotted square under Top KPI’s to zoom in the graph and move the edge of the chart area to zoom on a specific part

  • Check the list of active measures to see what actions are being taken

  • Toggle between active and archived measures using the switch at the top of the table

Access The KPI Collection

  • Click on "KPI Collection" within a work package to view all metrics

  • Browse through the detailed breakdown of all active KPIs for that work package

  • Click on specific KPIs to set the status, or make the necessary edits

  • Select the KPIs to show in the Onepager by clicking on the star symbol

Explore The Planning View

  • Click on "Planning View" to see all measures scheduled by week

  • Edit details by clicking on a measure

  • Use the calendar tool in the top right corner to navigate between different weeks

  • Click on the filter icon to show only specific work packages or days
