This article is designed to train the consultants and thereby enable client Why is "Train the Trainers" essential?

To empower consultants to:

  • Confidently and efficiently use, collaborate, demonstrate and explain elyvate’s key features.

  • Provide first-level support and feedback loops.

  • Act as elyvate champions across client projects.

  • Train client teams based on their maturity and role.

Can a consultant be assigned to measures in any work package?

No. A measure can only be assigned to a consultant if they have been added to the specific work package, even though they can see all work packages.

Can a consultant upgrade a user to work package lead?

Yes. Consultants can upgrade users to work package leads, but this should align with the project team's agreement. Note that there is a maximum of 2 work package leads per work package.

Can consultants change the traffic light status for individual work packages and KPIs?

Yes. Consultants can change traffic light status, but these changes must align with the project team's mutual understanding.

Can users upload Excel files for KPI data?

Yes. All work package users can manually input KPI data or upload Excel files.

Is live data integration currently available for KPIs?

Yes. Live data integration for real-time updates is available but requires the client and supplier to align on a data sharing agreement. To set this up, please contact your project lead and elyvate support.
