When you log in, you land directly on a project's Overview page. On the left side, you see all your available projects at a glance. Simply click on a project to open it.

Your quick snapshot of the current project status. Project status, progress, priorities, KPIs, ownership, risks, and key updates - everything your stakeholders need at a glance. The Overview updates automatically as your team works. No manual setup required.

At the top, you can see the overall project progress and the status of all defined measures - visualized clearly in one view. On the right side, you have a structured overview of critical topics per work package, organized by responsible owner and the reason for escalation.

Scrolling down the Overview, you reach the work packages of the project. The work package overview gives you a fast and transparent summary of each work package - including an overall status, KPI overview, and a management summary.

By default, work packages are sorted by number. You can also sort them by name or by criticality, and use filters to customize the display to your needs. The work packages are also accessible directly from the left sidebar, under each project.

Each work package focuses on a specific area and contains:

Opening a work package takes you to the One Pager view - your central execution hub. Here you find the weekly progress, targets, KPIs, and all defined measures for this work package. Everything your team needs to track execution - structured, visible, and always up to date.

In addition to the One Pager, you can shift the focus to KPIs by opening the KPI Collection view. Here you get a full overview of all active and archived KPIs for the work package. Define clear targets to track success and make data-backed decisions with confidence.

Progress is always visible - for the team doing the work, and for the people overseeing it. That means fewer status meetings and more time for actual execution.

Every project includes a dedicated Details area. Here you'll find project information, reporting settings, team members, and attachments. You can also manage and edit your project setup directly from here - including operational structures like supply chain views. Keep your project setup clean and accessible for everyone involved.

The Plan section is designed for team collaboration and efficient project management. On the Board, all measures from your defined work packages are displayed in one place. You can add new measures, edit existing ones, move them between statuses, or mark them as completed - directly on the board. The measures will update on the work package view accordingly.

You can also switch the weekly view, sort measures by criticality, or display a consolidated list of all measures. This gives your team a high degree of flexibility and customization.

Measures are the smallest trackable items in elyvate - plan your work, assign owners, and set deadlines. Throughout the platform, your team can collaborate directly inside elyvate. Assign ownership, share updates, and use @mentions to tag colleagues in comments. All relevant information stays connected - in one place, always up to date.

Under My Measures, you can track your individual responsibilities. This view shows all measures assigned to you across projects and work packages - and you can also add your own My Measures to keep track of your priorities. My Measures are only visible to you.

With a range of filter options and display settings, you can fully customize the view to match your personal way of working. Switch between a list and a board view, sort by status or due date, and filter by project to always focus on what matters most right now.
