Overview

Your live project snapshot: progress, measures, KPIs and escalations - updated automatically.

What is the Overview - and what does it show?

The Overview is the first page you see when you open a project in elyvate. It is your quick snapshot of the current project status - updated automatically as your team works. No manual setup required.

The Overview is its own dedicated page within the project - not to be confused with the Project Details section. While Project Details contains your project configuration and setup, the Overview is where you read the live status of your project at a glance.

Your project at a glance

At the top of the Overview, you see the overall project progress and the status of all defined measures - visualized clearly in one view. You can immediately tell where the project stands, what is moving, and where attention is needed.

On the right side, you have a structured overview of critical topics per work package - organized by responsible owner and the reason for escalation. Project status, priorities, KPIs, ownership, and key updates - everything your stakeholders need to know, in one place.

Work packages at a glance

Scrolling down, you reach the work package overview. Here you get a fast and transparent summary of each work package - including an overall status, a KPI overview, and a management summary. This gives every team member and every stakeholder a consistent, up-to-date picture without needing to open each work package individually.

Overview vs. Project Details

The Overview and the Project Details section serve different purposes within a project. The Overview is your live project view - showing progress, measures, KPIs, escalations, and work package summaries, updated automatically. Project Details is your setup area - with four sections: Summary, Members, Attachments and Settings. If you are looking for the current project status, open the Overview. For project configuration, go to Project Details.
