Working with my measures

All your assigned measures plus strictly private personal to-dos - one consolidated personal view.

My Measures is your personal command center inside elyvate - combining all measures assigned to you across your projects with your own private to-dos in one consolidated view. No matter how many work packages or projects you are involved in, My Measures keeps your individual workload structured and visible at all times.

Your assigned measures - always in view

My Measures automatically pulls in every measure that has been assigned to you across all your projects and work packages. You no longer need to switch between work packages or scan through the Board to find your responsibilities - they are all listed here in one place, always up to date.

Each measure shows the relevant context: the project and work package it belongs to, the current status, the due date, and the owner.

Adding personal to-dos

Beyond project measures, you can add your own personal to-dos directly inside My Measures. Click "Add To-Do" in the bottom left to create a new entry. You can edit or delete your personal to-dos at any time. These personal items exist only in your My Measures view - they are not connected to any work package and never appear anywhere else in the project.

Personal to-dos are strictly private. They are not visible to anyone else - not to other team members, not to project leads, no exceptions. Use them to track preparatory tasks, reminders, or any personal work that does not belong in the shared project space.

Same view, same flexibility as the Board

My Measures uses the same layout and filter options as the Board in the Plan section - so if you are already familiar with the Plan view, you will feel right at home. You can switch between the status view, the weekly view, and a consolidated list of all measures, sort by criticality, and move measures between statuses directly on the board. All filter and display options from the Board are available here as well - giving you the same degree of flexibility, but focused entirely on your personal responsibilities.

What belongs where

My Measures covers two distinct types of items:

Assigned measures - created inside a work package, assigned to you by a project lead or colleague, visible to the project team in the relevant work package and Plan views.

Personal to-dos - created by you via "Add To-Do", visible only to you, independent of any work package or project structure.

Tips for daily use

  • Check My Measures at the start of each day to review open items and upcoming deadlines

  • Use personal to-dos for preparation tasks before a workshop or client meeting

  • Keep assigned measures up to date - your status changes are reflected immediately in the work package and on the Board

  • Use filters to narrow your view when working across multiple projects at the same time
