"I forgot my password" (email and password sign-in)
Use Forgot password? on the login page: enter your email and follow the link you receive to set a new password (see Reset your password).
"My old login stopped working"
elyvate upgraded its login system. If credentials that used to work suddenly don't, see Why are my old login credentials not working?
"My account is inactive"
If the login page tells you your account is inactive, it was automatically deactivated after 90 days without a login. Reach out to elyvate at [email protected] to reactivate it (see User deactivation).
"I never received my invitation email"
The invitation comes from Antonella from elyvate. Check your spam folder, and if it's not there, ask the person who invited you to re-send it from the Members tab.
Microsoft SSO not working?
If you're having trouble logging in with Microsoft SSO, the issue is usually your Microsoft account, browser setup, or tenant configuration.
Common causes:
You're logged into the wrong Microsoft account
Browser cookies or cached sessions are interfering
elyvate hasn't been approved in your tenant, or permissions are missing
Your email address isn't correctly assigned in elyvate
Quick fixes to try:
Confirm you're logged into the correct Microsoft account
Log out of all Microsoft sessions and try again
Open an incognito or private browser window and try again
Clear cookies for login.microsoftonline.com
Is elyvate approved by your IT?
SSO only works if your IT department has approved elyvate in your organization's Microsoft Entra ID tenant. If you're unsure, this is the first thing to check. Approval typically takes a few days. To request it, forward the email template below to your IT or security team.
