My measure disappeared from the board

Three usual explanations:

  • It was completed: completed measures are hidden from the active board by default. To see them, enable Completed in the View settings

  • It was archived: completed measures are archived automatically when the Project Lead completes and exports the report, and any measure can also be archived manually by a team member. Check the Archived tab in the work package's measures table

  • Its week passed: in the Calendar Week view, measures from previous weeks that aren't completed or escalated move to the Overdue column (see Board views - Calendar Week, Status and List)

I can't see a project or work package

elyvate only shows you what you're a member of. If a project or work package is missing from your view, you haven't been added to it yet: ask the Project Lead or Work Package Lead to invite you (see Managing access at project level).

I can't change a measure's status or due date

Two usual explanations:

  • The measure is Escalated: once a measure escalates, only Work Package Leads, Project Leads and Consultants can change its status or due date (see Escalation flow)

  • You're a Guest in this work package: Guests see everything but change nothing (see Roles overview)

I can't edit a KPI, target or the weekly progress

Creating KPIs and targets and writing the weekly progress is reserved for Work Package Leads, Project Leads and Consultants. Contributors can edit existing KPIs but not create new ones (see Roles overview).

I can't assign a measure to a colleague

Three things to check: the person must be a member of the work package (see How to invite team members), a measure can hold a maximum of two assignees, and Guests can't be assigned to measures, their role is view-only.

I stopped receiving elyvate emails

Check two things: the daily digest toggle in User Settings → Notifications, and your spam folder, elyvate's emails come from Antonella from elyvate.

A measure escalated on its own

That's the escalation flow doing its job: the measure's due date was changed more often than the project's limit allows. See Escalation flow for how it works and how a lead resolves it.

I archived a measure by mistake

Archived measures aren't gone. Open the Archived tab in the work package's measures table, find the measure, and restore it from the three-dot menu or from the drawer. Deleting is different: deleted content is gone for good and can't be restored, so when in doubt, archive instead of deleting.
