Step 3: Understand roles and permissions

This article provides a comprehensive overview of roles and permissions in elyvate, helping users understand who can see what and how access is managed across the platform.

Updated over 2 months ago

In elyvate, user roles define what each person can see and do within a project. Each role comes with specific access levels to ensure clarity, accountability, and smooth collaboration.

  • Project Leadership – Can do and view anything within the project, including the report.

  • Berylls Consult – Can do and view anything within the project, including the report.

  • WP Lead – Can do and view everything within the work package and is responsible for triggering the WP report.

  • Contributor – Can do and view everything within the work package.

To contribute, a user must be assigned to the work package, regardless of their role.
