This article is designed to train the consultants and thereby enable client Why is "Train the Trainers" essential?

To empower consultants to:

  • Confidently and efficiently use, collaborate, demonstrate and explain elyvate’s key features.

  • Provide first-level support and feedback loops.

  • Act as elyvate champions across client projects.

  • Train client teams based on their maturity and role.

Can anyone create and send weekly reports?

No. Only consultants, work package leads, and project leads have this capability. Work package leads are responsible for sending their respective reports to the project lead.

Are special permissions needed to use SteerCo functions?

No. All consultants can freely use the SteerCo functions based on the project team's mutual understanding. Additionally, all work package leads and project leads are members of the SteerCo and have full editing and content creation rights.

Can consultants override work package settings?

Yes. Consultants have permission to override settings and make significant changes. However, this should ideally be done with the project lead's agreement.

Can consultants access all work packages in a project?

Yes. Consultants have access to all work packages. Work package leads are responsible for sending reports to project leads for their respective work packages. Note that users must be added to a specific work package before they can be assigned tasks within it, regardless of their role.

Can consultants customize their project dashboard?

Yes. Consultants and all users can personalize their project dashboard to display relevant information and visualizations that meet specific project needs and requirements.
