What to keep in mind while using elyvate?
Project Setup & Access
Can consultants create new projects on elyvate?
No. To create a new project, contact the elyvate team directly. For existing projects, the project lead must initially add consultants.
Can consultants invite new users to elyvate?
Yes. Consultants can invite users from the pre-approved list. However, only users with approved company domains can be added through the "company validation" system. To add a new company domain, contact the elyvate team directly.

Do consultants get full project access?
Yes. Consultants and project leads have complete access to all platform features and content across the entire project.
Can standard contributors edit work packages?
Yes. Standard contributors can access and modify work package content. However, major changes like modifying work package numbers or deleting content are not permitted.
Can work package leads be assigned after initial invitation?
Yes. Work package leads can be assigned only after users are initially invited or added to the project.
Is there a time limit for invited users to complete the signup process?
Yes. Invited users must complete the signup process within 72 hours of receiving the invitation link. If the invitation expires, consultants, work package leads, and project leads, can resend it through the Work Package Edit modal.
Can consultants be assigned to multiple projects at a time?
Yes. Consultants can be assigned to multiple projects and can switch between them as needed.
