The Board offers three different views to match how you and your team prefer to work. You can switch between them at any time using the View settings. Your selected view is personal to you and saved automatically - switching views never changes the board for other team members, and the next time you open the board, it opens exactly where you left off.
Status view
The Status view is the default Board layout. Measures are displayed as cards in columns, where each column represents a status stage. Rows are organized by work package. This view gives you a clear picture of where each measure stands across the project - ideal for weekly check-ins, team reviews, and identifying bottlenecks at a glance.
By default, completed measures are hidden. To include them, enable "Completed" in the View settings.
Note: statuses and their columns can be renamed or extended per project in Project Details → Settings, so the columns you see may differ from the screenshots (see Measure statuses).
Calendar Week view
The Calendar Week view organizes measures into columns by calendar week instead of status. Each column represents a week, and measures appear in the column matching their due date. This view is useful when your team is planning ahead or tracking deadlines over time - for example, during a ramp-up phase where timing is critical.
Measures without a due date are not assigned to any calendar week column. They appear in a separate Backlog grouping, so they remain visible and can be planned from there.
Measures whose week has passed don't disappear when a new week starts: any measure from a previous week that isn't completed or escalated moves to the Overdue column, so nothing slips through unnoticed.
To include completed measures in this view, enable "Completed" in the View settings.
List view
The List view replaces the card-based board with a consolidated, scrollable list of all measures across all work packages. No columns, no cards - just a straightforward overview. This view works well for a quick full-project scan or working through a long list of measures efficiently.
Top Measures are always pinned to the top of the list, so your priorities are immediately visible.
In the first column, you can select one or multiple measures using the checkboxes. Once selected, a menu appears that lets you:
Move the selected measures to a different work package
Change their status
Archive them
This makes the List view especially useful for bulk actions - for example, closing out a set of completed measures or reassigning a group of tasks at once. Note that moving measures to a different work package is available to Project Leads and Consultants, and Guests have view-only access and can't change statuses or archive measures.
You can also export your measures: click the download button to download all measures in the list as an Excel file.
To include completed measures in this view, enable "Completed" in the View settings.
When to use which view
Status view - for tracking progress and identifying what is blocked or overdue
Calendar Week view - for deadline planning and upcoming workload
List view - for a fast, uncluttered overview of all measures
