Board: Customising your board

Shape the board to your workflow: card fields, collapsing rows, auto-archive and search.

The Board can be adjusted to match exactly what your team needs to see. From the information shown on each card to how the board is laid out - you have full control.

Customising card information

Through the View settings, you can choose which details are displayed on each measure card. Toggle the following fields on or off:

  • Details

  • Status

  • Measure ID

  • Top Measure

  • Glidepath Measure

  • Responsibilities / assignee

  • Due Date

Reducing visible fields keeps cards clean and focused. Showing more fields is useful when the board doubles as a reporting or review tool.

Collapsing and expanding rows

Use "Collapse all" to fold all work package rows at once - helpful when you want a compact overview of the board structure without the individual cards. Use "Expand all" to open all rows again. You can also collapse and expand individual rows by clicking on them.

Auto-archive behaviour

Completed measures are hidden from the active board by default, to keep the focus on open work. You can make them visible in any view - Status, Calendar Week, or List - by enabling "Completed" in the View settings.

Completed measures are archived automatically when the Project Lead completes and exports the report. You can also archive any measure manually at any time (see Measures Drawer). Archived measures leave the active views but stay available in the work package's Archived tab and can be restored.

Search

The board includes a search function. Enter a keyword and the board filters instantly to show only measures whose titles or content contain that term. This is useful when working with large projects with many measures across multiple work packages.
